After purchase, what is the shipping time?

The delivery time is 1 to 2 business days after your purchase is approved in the system, but as soon as it leaves the factory you will receive the tracking code in the email you registered with for the purchase.

Are there any vegan or lactose-free product options?

Yes, we have peanut butters: Crunchy, natural, and hazelnut, and meringues in Pistachio and Traditional flavors.

Do you need to stir the paste before consuming it?

Every time you consume it, you have to stir the paste well. Peanuts undergo a natural process of oil separation to the surface, so you always have to stir the paste well.
