Shipping and Delivery Terms

A La Ganexa It works with the following shipping method:

1.1. Purchase Policy

All products available at La Ganexa are shipped directly from our factory to the address provided at the time of purchase, and delivery takes an average of 2 to 5 business days (counted after posting), depending on the location. Shipping is done within 24 hours on business days by partner carriers after payment confirmation in our system, and the delivery time only starts counting after this period. We guarantee a tracking code for the customer, which is sent directly to the email address registered by the customer.

In certain cases, this delivery time may be extended by a few more days due to delays, strikes, holidays, periods of high demand at the Post Office, and situations beyond our control.

The store guarantees delivery of your order and is responsible for refunding the full amount paid for any products that are lost or damaged during the delivery process. Delivery of your product is 100% guaranteed.

1.2. Order Tracking

The products will be shipped by the carrier, and a tracking code will always be provided, allowing the customer to follow the delivery progress. The tracking code will be sent to your email as soon as it is available to La Ganexa .

2. General Conditions Attention 

2.1. Care with Order Addressing

La Ganexa will ship the products to the address the customer registers. Therefore, to avoid any problems with the delivery of your order and to prevent you from being charged a new shipping fee , it is extremely important that you fill in the correct address in your registration.

2.2. Recipient Absent

Please ensure that someone will be at the address to receive your products. Shipping companies make three delivery attempts. If no one is at the address to receive the package on any of these attempts, the package will be returned to the factory and a new shipping fee will be charged for resending, or a refund of the product price will be issued (minus the shipping cost).
